Abstract Multi-physical contact behaviour is important in multiple disciplines related to the automotive industry. Nowadays battery-electric vehicles' (BEV) thermal management systems deal with between bodies where mechanical, electric, and interaction occurs. The battery itself crucial for cell life, safety, everyday vehicle performance. Thus, comprehensive accurate simulation of multi-physical a vital part development. represented by two or more under applied mechanical load current heat conducted throughout realized area. amount current/heat generated Joule function area as well pressure, thus structural should be essential such system simulations Most full pack CFD cooling simplified ideal.
